With over 22 years in the benefits industry, Nancy has the experience and knowledge our clients have come to expect. She worked her way up from Administrative Assistant to Partner in a Tacoma agency prior to venturing out her own to start Olympic Crest Insurance in 1996.
Nancy has served as President of the SW Washington Association of Health Underwriters, served on the Junior Achievement of Washington Board of Directors and continues to be an active volunteer with Junior Achievement and Washington Business Week, in addition to maintaining membership in several professional and community organizations.
Nancy is a licensed agent and broker in Washington, Oregon & Arizona. She earned her Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation in 1991 and continues to pursue further education opportunities in order to better serve her clients.
She is native to Washington State and currently resides in Gig Harbor with her family.

Christina brings over 5 years of benefit experience to Olympic Crest Insurance. In her prior work at Anderson & Associates Insurance and Berg Andonian, she specialized in Individuals and Small Groups.
Christina is dedicated to providing her clients with excellent customer service and giving them the information and tools they need to make the right decisions regarding their benefits. She was previously a member of NAIFA, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Christina continues to increase her knowledge and education in the benefits arena, including Medicare Supplements, Individual Medical & Dental Plans, Small Group Insurance and COBRA.
Christina is currently licensed in the State of Washington. She grew up in the Gig Harbor where she currently lives with her Husband and two children.

Keita Marnell has recently joined Olympic Crest Insurance and brings with her 11 years of business experience in Employee Benefits. She was most recently with The Standard in Portland, Oregon where she worked with both large and small employers. Prior to that, she was with Unum for 5 years in their Portland office. Keita is committed to providing excellent customer service, and has been consistently recognized by her clients for her service and support.
Keita is a licensed agent and broker in Washington and Oregon. She has expertise in Health, Dental, Disability, Life and Long Term Care Insurance.
Keita is currently a member of the Disability Management Employer Coalition and has been on the committee for the Pacific Northwest Employee Benefits Conference for 3 years. She has also volunteered for the Neighborhood Health Clinic, which provides low cost health care to low income working individuals and their families.
Keita grew up in Michigan and has lived in the Pacific Northwest for over 14 years. She currently resides in Gig Harbor with her family.
