We work all of the major carriers offering individual medical plans in the State of Washington. Regardless of which carrier you choose, you may be required to submit a Washington State Health Risk Questionnaire along with your application. Each carrier screens this questionnaire using the same criteria which is set by the Washington State Health Insurance Pool (WSHIP). WSHIP also provides a high risk plan for anyone declined by a carrier as a result of their questionnaire scoring.
